1 tsp cayenne (omitted this as Col doesn't like too spicy)
1 tsp mustard powder (I didn't have this on-hand to add to the recipe)
1 vegetable oxo cube
1 chicken oxo cube
2 tablespoons smash powder (I can't get this here so it was omitted)
1 tsp Chinese five spice (I'd half this next time!)
Instructions
Mix all together in big bowl, coat skinless chicken portions (I used chicken breasts - sliced) in dry mix and place on a 'greased' tray (sprayed with Pam).
Roast at about 350F until the chicken is cooked through (about 20 minutes)
